Jamshedpur teacher Shipra Mishra to get National Award today

Jamshedpur, Sep 4: President Droupadi Murmu will be felicitating Shipra Mishra, teacher of Kadma Tata Workers Union High School with National Award to Teachers 2022 for her contribution in the field of education on the occasion of National Teachers’ Day.

Shipra Mishra has done a lot to bring the school on national map. She uses innovative ways to make science studies interesting for her students and also keeps them busy in various school activities. She teaches science in easiest possible ways and also uses unique methods to enhance interest of students in science. A theme park made of plastic bottles has been set up in her school. MHM lab was also opened in the school.

The class 9 and 10 students of Tata Workers Union High School are researching on butterflies. A barcode has also been prepared to identify plants and get useful information regarding them.

According to Shipra, “I am feeling proud of my teaching work. This is actually an honour of the academic world. This gives me energy to do better. I discharge my duty sincerely and honestly and so should all teachers.”
