Some even need to transport to different states. We request the authorities to postpone the dates of the exam, said Sounak Sinha Babu, on behalf of all GAT-B and BET 2020 aspirants, Jamshedpur.
He also added that there are very few and scattered examination centres, chances of public gathering, issue of safety due to increasing number of COVID-19 cases.4 is also a major concern for the students.
He also said that many centres are in red zones and candidates also hail from containment zones. Many candidates have already mailed the organising institute, the nodal officers but they received negative responses.
There are several students from Jharkhand who are scheduled to appear in the exam. We want the centre to consider all the points and take necessary actions to postpone the examination, as there is no option for the candidates. It is a matter of the career of thousands of students, said another student.
