Jamshedpur: Karim City College Mass Com Department student Sagar Tiwary will address the Youth Parliamentary Forum (YPF) on February 27 before Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other political and social bigwigs in the national arena.
Organized by the Sports and Youth Affairs ministry, the ambitious YPF program saw Sagar emerging as the best speaker in East Singhbhum district. He went on to impress at the state level selections held at Aryabhatta Auditorium in Ranchi. The topic at both levels emphasized on the socio-political sphere.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his �Mann ki Baat� program had desired that youth aged between 18 and 24 years should come forward in the realms of socio-political scenario and mould the future of the nation. The National Service Scheme then took up this cause and organized speech competitions at district and state levels. The selected youth at the state level would now get a national window to speak their views and create an impact on the Youth Parliamentarian Forum to be organized at New Delhi on February 27.
