460 students from 21 city schools participate
Jamshedpur: JUSCO School South Park (JSSP) successfully organized the third edition of ‘Econovista’ 2K23 on Friday. The school premises buzzed with energy as 460 students from 21 schools participated in the event.
Rituraj Sinha, Managing Director of Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Limited, graced the event as the Chief Guest.
Notable figures such as Manish Agarwal, CFO of Tata Steel UISL, and A F Madon, Administrator of JEM Foundation, were also present as special guests, contributing to the event’s grandeur.
The event, featuring a total of 12 on-stage and off-stage performances, kicked off with a captivating inaugural ceremony. Mili Sinha, Principal of JSSP, extended a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, participating school students, and other dignitaries. She emphasized that contests like ‘Econovista’ provide a valuable platform for students to interact and showcase their diverse skills.
Addressing the students, Chief Guest Rituraj Sinha highlighted the myriad opportunities available to today’s youth and underscored the significance of such festivals in helping them unleash their full potential.
The success of the event was attributed to the commendable efforts of the Senior Secondary school teachers, including Uday Choudhary, Supriya Paul, Sarojini Banra, Jyoti Mahato, and Tami Sikdar, Senior School Coordinator. The judging panel applauded the dedication and talents displayed by the participating teams.
In a culmination of the spirited competition, St Mary’s English High School clinched the coveted Overall Championship Trophy, while KPS Kadma secured the Runner-Up Trophy, marking their outstanding performances in the diverse array of events.
The third edition of ‘Econovista’ 2K23 proved to be a resounding success, showcasing the rich talent and competitive spirit of the participating schools.
