Jamshedpur SSP pays obeisance to Bapu at Khadi Bhawan

Jamshedpur, Oct 2: SSP Dr M Tamil Vanan today offered floral tributes before a photograph of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi at a function organized at the Khadi Bhawan at N Road in Bistupur to mark the Crusader for Ahimsa�s birth anniversary. Speaking on the occasion the Senior Superintendent of Police observed that Gandhiji always preferred Khadi attire and treaded the path of truth and peace. These traits should be emulated by all individuals. He expressed keen ineterst when he was informed that the Khadi Bhawan was inaugurated by India�s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru. The manager of the establishment Bibhuti Roy announced that all Khadi cloths would be sold at a discount of 20 percent and readymade garments at 25 percent till January 31, 2021. Others present on the occasion included staff members who included Rakesh Gupta, Subhash, Suman, Ritika, Sangita, Ruby, Kanchan, Priti and Anita.
