Jamshedpur, May 4: East Singhbhum SSP Prabhat Kumar inspected the checkpoint at Govindpur to see if the local police is facing any problem in maintaining law and order.
A check post is being constructed here near Anna Chowk. He inspected the check post construction work at the site. Along with this, instructions were given to the agency doing the work to complete its work soon. He also directed to maintain quality in work.
SSP inspected the under-construction police station building and also reached Burmamines police station on Thursday and directed to speed up the work. Presently, apart from Burmamines, the construction work of MGM police station is also going on in the district. As soon as the police station gets its own building, the police there will get a lot of relief.
Police station building is also needed in Bagbera and Ulidih. The work of running the police station in some way is being done at both the places in a small room. The policemen working in both the police stations feel neglected.
