Jamshedpur, March 26: Five women referees from the Jamshedpur Sporting Association (JSA) participated in the Reliance Foundation Youth Sports Women’s Referees Workshop at Kolkata.
The workshop was organized by Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RFYS) and technical support was provided by All India Football Federation (AIFF). A total of 31 women referees from across India had participated in the workshop.

The women referee from the Jamshedpur Sporting Association who participated in the workshop are Pinky Mardi, Chamani Biruli, Rajni Kerai, Uma Sardar, Mili Rana, and Dijoo Murmu. These women have shown tremendous dedication and hard work towards the sport of football, and we are proud to see them take part in such an important workshop.
The workshop focused on providing technical and practical training to the participants to help them enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of refereeing. It covered various aspects of refereeing, such as match control, decision making, and communication skills, among others.

The Jamshedpur Sporting Association has always been committed to promoting the growth and development of football in the region. By sending our women referees to such workshops, we hope to encourage more women to take up the sport and pursue a career in football refereeing.
