Jamshedpur, Dec 24: Thieves took away spare parts worth Rs 2 lakh from a garage in Dhatkidih under Bistupur police station area late Friday night. The garage owner Jahir Khan reached the shop and found the shutter lock broken. He informed police and lodged an FIR against unidentified persons. Local shop keepers alleged that police slackness had led to a spurt in thefts in the area.
