Jamshedpur, August 13: A 35-year-old Jhumi Sabar, a resident of Haludbani Sabar Tola of Ghatshila block, was bitten by a poisonous snake on Sunday afternoon.
In critical condition, the relatives admitted him to the Ghatshila sub-division hospital.
Dr R.N Tudu, the doctor of subdivision hospital, after giving first aid to the woman, kept her under observation for a few hours.
Sudarshan Sabar, the husband of the woman who was a victim of snakebite, told that she was going to bring chicken through the forest. Then the snake bit him. When she returned home, her condition started deteriorating.
