Jamshedpur, Feb 8: Six students of Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) cracked Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 session 1, by scoring 90 percentile and above.
The results were announced by National Testing Agency (NTA) on Tuesday.
Moitrayan Nandy topped the school scoring 98.35 percentile followed by Debjyoti Paul with 97.42 percentile, Anish Suman scored 95.65 percentile, Arnav Sarna 92.87 percentile, Dishank Sharma 92.5 percentile and Srijan De 90.3 percentile.
Sharing his strategy, Moitrayan Nandy said, “The NHES faculty is excellent and very cooperative. The teachers are very understanding and hardworking, which helped me a lot in my preparation for the examination.”
Elated Dishank Sharma said, “The result is blessings of my grandparents and the guidance provided by the teachers of NHES. I aim to appear for JEE Advance and aim at getting admission in top IITs.”
School Principal Paramita Roy Chaudhury congratulated the achievers.
Around 2500 students from in and around Jamshedpur appeared in the JEE Main Session-1 examination. The exam was conducted on January 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, and February 1.
RVS College of Engineering and Technology was the examination center.

Is this supposed to be a good result? 90%ile means rank 80,000 and 95 means 40,000. Students should do better.
