Jamshedpur, May 31: On the occasion of Guru Arjun Dev Ji’s martyrdom day, Narendra Singh Pintu and his group of young friends organized a special service at Golmuri Chowk, where they served cold sherbet and gram to the people. The event was graced by the presence of former Chief Minister of the state, Raghubar Das.
The program began with Granthi Baba offering prayers to Guru Maharaj. Speaking at the event, Raghubar Das praised the Sikh community for their exemplary service worldwide. He highlighted the virtue and humanity demonstrated by the Sikh Sangat of Jamshedpur, who tirelessly served cold sherbet and gram to people in the scorching heat. The selfless act of providing refreshments to those engaged in their daily work on the streets showcased the divine work carried out by the aware Sikh Sangat.
Narendra Singh honored the esteemed guests by presenting them shawls as a token of respect. Dinesh Kumar, former district president of BJP, Amarjeet Singh Raja, former president of Yuva Morcha, Gurcharan Singh Billa, chairman of the Gurudwara in sector ten, Dharmendra Prasad, Shailesh Gupta, and Probir Chatterjee Rana graced the event as special guests. Several individuals contributed to the service work, including Joga Singh, Narendra Singh, Balwinder Singh, Avtar Singh, Gulshan Singh, Baljit Kaur, Jasbir Kaur, Harneet Kaur, Amrit Kaur, Navjot Singh, Amish Agarwal, Surendra Singh Shinde, Ranjit Singh, Bunty Agarwal, Tejendra Singh, Bittu Singh, Bunty Singh, Hanni Parihar, Raja Aggarwal, and many others.
