Jamshedpur, July 6: Ekram Prasad, father of senior journalist Kaushal Kishore Singh, passed away on Sunday at his ancestral home in Narayanpur village of Bihar’s Bhojpur district. He was 91. Prasad had been ill for a long time and was undergoing treatment. His condition suddenly worsened, and he breathed his last at around 4:15 PM. Besides Kaushal Singh, he is survived by two daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family members. His death has been mourned by relatives, friends, and members of the media fraternity.
