Jamshedpur School Admission: Distribution of admission forms for BPL kids in December

Jamshedpur, Nov 21: With the process of admission to various private schools of the city having started, the district education department here announced that the admission forms for BPL category children would be distributed in December. The forms would be provided to BPL families for admission in Nursery and LKG on 2250 available seats altogether. Thereafter, lotteries would be conducted for admissions, sources said, adding further that the results would be declared in the third week of January.

District Superintendent of Education Nishu Kumari said the department was keeping an eye on all aspects of admission in Nursery and LKG. She said the parents should submit their forms with necessary documents in the schools concerned before January.
