Jamshedpur, March 2: Police arrested BJP leader and Sanatan Utsav Samiti president Harjeet Singh alias Chintu second time in the last 24 hours. A police team arrested Chintu Singh from Kolkata in connection with a case of extortion lodged against him at Jugsalai police station. Yesterday, police had arrested him around 11 am for allegedly obstructing discharge of government duty. The accused was granted bail around 6 pm yesterday. After getting bail, Chintu and another outfit leader Appu Tiwary went to Kolkata and stayed at a relative’s house. A police team arrested them from Kolkata, sources said.
