Jamshedpur, Nov 24: A monthly crime review meeting was convened at the conference hall of the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) office here today.
The meeting was chaired by the Superintendent of Police (Rural) Rishabh Garg, with all Sub-Divisional Police Officers, Inspectors, and Station House Officers from rural areas in attendance.
During the review, the SP emphasized the speedy disposal of pending cases, execution of warrants and property attachment orders, and action against absconding accused.

The status of passport verifications was also assessed.
Additionally, key directives were issued concerning CCTNS, ITSSO, IRAD, and other technology-driven policing tools to ensure better monitoring and accountability.
The SP instructed all police stations to enhance field surveillance and strengthen efforts to curb criminal activities across rural jurisdictions.
