Jamshedpur, July 17: Thieves looted the house of Suresh Sharma, a resident of Telco Colony under Telco police station on Sunday evening.
Suresh, a Tata Motors employee came to know about the incident when he reached home at 9.30 pm. He immediately informed the police about it. After getting the information, the police reached the spot and investigated the matter.
Suresh is working as industrial relation head in Tata Motors. Suresh told the police that he had gone to Birsanagar on Sunday evening. When he returned at 9.30 in the night, he found that the household goods were scattered and the goods had been stolen from the house. Thieves have taken 140 grams of gold ornaments kept in the house, whose estimated value is seven to eight lakh rupees. The thieves entered through the back door and also broke the CCTV installed in the house.
