Jamshedpur, July 17: State health minister and Jamshedpur West MLA Banna Gupta said that residents of Mango will get rid of traffic snarl soon.
In his election speeches and manifesto, Banna Gupta, the state’s Health Minister cum MLA of Jamshedpur West Vidhan Sabha, had promised the people of Mango that they would get rid of the traffic jam, as well as for the prevention of death due to road accidents. Instead of heavy vehicles entering the city, he had thought of a way to get out of Adityapur from outside, whose action plan is now going to get off the ground.
Significantly, on July 14, a high-level meeting with Secretary, Building Construction Department Sunil Kumar was directed to send a special team from Ranchi for its construction and on the other hand, a meeting with CMD of Tata Steel on Saturday. was held in which it was requested to cooperate in the planning of over bridge construction along with various schemes.
On Sunday noon a special team of Road Construction Department and a team of senior officials of Tata Stee along with Banna Gupta visited various areas of Mango and conducted a detailed brainstorming on the traffic situation and other topics.
After the survey, Banna Gupta told reporters, “I have come to take the initiative towards fulfilling the promise made to the people of Mango to get rid of traffic jam. I had had met chief minister requested to build an over bridge.”
Minister Banna Gupta said that this over bridge will be built near Rajasthan Bhawan located on Dimna Road which will pass through Domuhani to Adityapur, this will get rid of traffic jams and road accidents will also be curbed.
He said that the overbridge to be built at a cost of about Rs 250 crore would be ready in one and a half year, which would be a gift from the state government to the people of Mango.
