Jamshedpur revels in the spirit of Holiguns

Jamshedpur, March 15: Holiguns-The Colour fight was celebrated Sunday with traditional pomp and gaiety at Nicco Park.

People from all walks of life stepped in the venue in the morning to splash and smeared colors on their family members as well as their friends.�

The gala organized by PS Events saw a riot of colours and Bollywood songs blared as people chased one another to smear colours.�

Hundreds of Men, women and children along with the colours enjoyed Rain Dance, DJ, Paint Ball Game, traditional food, Professional photography etc.

Arrangements were also made for children as they charmed themselves by playing Pool games, Colours, Balloons and several other games.

There was special set up for entertainment as colourful folk dance was also presented during the event. People enthralled to the tunes of DJ Amit from Jamshedpur with special quality rain dance setup along with formative photo booths.

Changing rooms were also placed for the participants. To stop any untoward incident security arrangements were also tight.

The festivity in particular was seen to have gripped the youngsters. �The occasion not only brings an opportunity to be with friends and family but it also helps to forget about the struggles and tension in daily routine�, Ujjwal Agrawal, a student of Jain College.

Rounak Agrawal, who studies at BIT Mesra in Ranchi, was in Jamshedpur for the weekend and it proved to be one of the best, he said �Steel City should organize these events as no other option is available for the residents to enjoy themselves�.

For these students this event was just an excuse to get away from the books and exam tension. To make the event successful Puja Agrawal, Payal Rustagi, Shyamali Choudhary, Vijay Agrawal, Jaspreet Singh, Amit Nayak, Nimisha Choudhary and Prem Upadhyay played vital role.
