Jamshedpur, June 11: In a bid to address the challenges faced in obtaining caste and residential certificates, members of the Rajak and Mukhi communities gathered in large numbers on Sunday to stage a rally. The protesters, concerned about the implications on the future of their children, reached the Kadma office of State Health and Disaster Management Minister, Banna Gupta. During the demonstration, a memorandum highlighting the difficulties encountered in obtaining these crucial documents was handed over to Minister Gupta.
Ajay Rajak, President of Rajak Samaj, voiced his concerns about the adverse impact the delayed issuance of caste and residential certificates has had on the community. The absence of these certificates has led to various hardships faced by individuals within the society.
The memorandum, presented to Health and Disaster Management Minister Banna Gupta, sought immediate action to rectify the problem. The community representatives expressed their desire for a resolution to alleviate the challenges faced by their fellow members. Minister Gupta assured them that the Chief Minister of the state was attentive to their demands and committed to finding a solution. He conveyed that a meaningful initiative would be undertaken in the near future. Addressing the issue, Gupta acknowledged the seriousness of the problem and provided reassurance that the Chief Minister was actively working towards resolving it. He expressed confidence that the matter would soon be resolved, offering hope to the concerned communities.
