Jamshedpur, Jan 3: Authorities of private schools under the aegis of Jamshedpur Unaided School Association have issued guidelines for conducting classes 10 and 12 in private schools from Monday.
Most of the schools have also sent time-tables of the classes to all the parents and students, while in some schools all the class 10 and class 12 students will be attending classes at one time, while other schools have opted for alternate days roster for students.
ICSE and CBSE have brought out separate time tables for practical and theory classes dividing the classes into six-seven groups with a provision for 15-20 students attending in one classroom.
Students have also been directed to bring pledge letters, sanitizer, water bottle along with them and also announced separate time for entry and exit from schools. Schools buses will not ply for the time being and parents or students have to come to school on their own.
St Mary’s English School will not have offline classes for at least a week as parents have not given consent for it while DAV Public School will decide on offline classes after a meeting on Monday.
Significantly, pre-board exams are scheduled in February 2021.
Dayanand Public School, Sakchi has directed for 15 students to attend one classroom. The school will start at 8.30 am and disperse at 12 noon. While class 10 will disperse sharp at 12 noon, 12 classes will disperse at 12.10 pm. Practical and theory classes will be held at one time.
MNPS- 19 groups have been formed in this school. Teachers have been given information about the group and after completing one class they will teach the same subject in another group. Class 10 students classes will start at 8 am and 12 classes will start at 8.15 am while dispersal would be on 12 noon. Practical and theory classes will be held on alternate days.
Rajendra Vidyalaya- In one classroom 15-20 students are allowed school will start at 8.30 am and close at 12 noon.
Sacred Heart Convent- Students will come on alternate days for classes which will start at 8.30 am and closes at 11.30 am. School will open three gates for students.
Baldwin Farm Area High School, Kadma- It will also have alternate day classes with each group of 15 students. Classes will start at 8.30 am and close at 11.30 am.
Kerala Public School group- Students will come on alternate days at 8.30 am
JH Tarapore, Agrico- Each group of 15 students will have classes at 8.30 am which will close at 12 noon. Science and commerce will have separate groups. Students of class 10 will come from January 6.
Loyola School- Students will have to report at 8.30 am while classes will begin at 9 am.
Chinmaya Telco- Students will have to come on alternate days between 8.45 am and 11.15 am.
Little Flower School, Telco- Only class 12 students will come between 9 am and 12 noon. Only 40 per cent parents have agreed for offline classes.
Jamshedpur Public School, Baridih- Classes will be held on alternate days between 9 am and 12 noon with one group having 12 students.
Vivek Vidyalaya- School will open from 8.30 am and 211 parents have submitted their consent.
