Jamshedpur: Police intensity curbs drug trade in Adityapur

Adityapur, November 7: Adityapur police is on action mode after the fatal attack on narcotics trader Dolly Parveen.

On the instructions of police station in-charge Rajan Kumar, one and a half dozen policemen have been deployed in the colony in two shifts, who are seen scanning every nook and corner of the colony at regular intervals.

Seeing the police activitiy the brown sugar traders have changed their location.

Under the pretext of defecation, they are crossing the railway tracks and entering the RIT area and supplying there.

Police station in-charge Rajan Kumar is also seen reaching the colony every hour and encouraging his soldiers and officers.

Incidentally, last Sunday, Dolly Parveen was shot by her brother and nephews over money transactions. Dolly is seriously injured in this attack. His treatment is going on in Apollo Hospital, Ranchi.

Dolly has recently come out on bail. Her husband Kadhim Khan is in jail for the murder of her brother Shabir Hussain, while the other three brothers-in-law are still behind bars. Here, after the attack on Dolly, her sons have spoken of taking revenge and the police is alert about this. However, the police are interrogating Dolly’s mother and two sisters-in-law in custody in this case.
