Jamshedpur: Physically challenged Poma Mardi presented tricycle

Jadugoda, May 28: Physically challenged octogenarian, Poma Mardi who had to literally crawl with a pot on her head to collect water was presented a tricycle on Saturday by the   Office of Child Development Project Head Office. Another tricycle was presented to the lady by BJP state spokesperson Kunal Shadangi who personally visited Poma Mardi at her house.

It may be mentioned that octogenarian Poma Hansda, a resident of Dholasai in Gohla Panchayat under Mosabani block, is physically challenged and was compelled to crawl for fetching water. After learning of her fate, Kunal Shadangi personally visited the hapless lady’s house and presented her a tricycle. Those present on the occasion included Gohla Panchayat head Parvat Hansda, Panchayat Samiti member Bandana Pal, BJP Mandal President Tushar Kant Patar, Himanshu Mishra, Kisan Morcha Mandal President Mihir Shekhar Pal, OBC Morcha Mandal President Bablu Patar and many others.
