Jamshedpur: Following the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi, intensive inspections were carried out across various panchayats and urban wards of Purbi Singhbhum district by designated nodal officers on Saturday. This initiative, conducted weekly, aims to assess the on-ground implementation of government schemes and ensure that essential public services are being delivered efficiently and effectively to the citizens.
During the inspections, the nodal officers visited Anganwadi centers, government schools, health sub-centers, MNREGA work sites, public distribution system (PDS) shops, and Panchayat offices. They reviewed the availability, quality, and accessibility of services related to education, health, nutrition, cleanliness, and food distribution. The inspections were focused not only on monitoring the progress of ongoing schemes but also on identifying any ground-level issues and ensuring timely corrective action.

As part of this campaign, Project Director, ITDA Dipankar Chaudhary inspected Dharambahal in Ghatshila; Sub-Divisional Officer Dhalbhum Shatabdi Majumdar visited Mukrudih in Bodam; Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhagirath Prasad reviewed Mahulbana in Patamda; Director, NEP inspected Bhalki Panchayat in Gudabanda; DCLR (Ghatshila) visited Patpur in Baharagora; SOR inspected Chukripada in Dhalbhumgarh; District Supply Officer visited Kumdashol in Dumariya; DCLR (Dhalbhum) reviewed Kuldiha Panchayat in Potka; District Panchayat Raj Officer conducted checks in Jamshedpur Akshes; District Transport Officer inspected Jugsalai Municipal Council; and the District Land Acquisition Officer visited wards under Mango Municipal Corporation.
Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi stated that the primary objective of these inspections is to ensure that services such as nutritious meals at Anganwadi centers, regular classes in schools, essential medical supplies at health centers, and timely ration delivery through PDS shops are being provided without disruption. He emphasized that the administration is committed to ensuring that no citizen is deprived of government services due to negligence or inefficiency. Regular inspection and monitoring not only enhance the accountability of administrative departments but also build trust among the public. Nodal officers have been directed to take prompt action on their findings and prioritize the resolution of any issues to strengthen the overall service delivery mechanism in the district.
