Jamshedpur, October 13: Sachchidanand Mahato took charge as the new BDO of Jamshedpur block on Friday. Outgoing BDO Praveen Kumar handed over the charge to him.
. The new BDO said that his priority will be to implement the government schemes with complete transparency. He praised the outgoing BDO for implementing the development works with transparency.
He said that efforts will also be made to ensure that the public welfare schemes of the government reach the needy.
Apart from this, physical verification of pension, public distribution system, education, health, cleanliness and providing employment under MNREGA are among his priorities.
Significantly, Sachchidanand Mahato has worked as BDO in Patmada from 2016 to 2018.
