Army Boys Sports Company, SAIL Hockey Academy and Round Glass Punjab Hockey Club Academy in semis
Jamshedpur, April 28: Hosts Naval Tata Hockey Academy (NTHA) entered semi final after defeating Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy 3-1 in the quarter final of the 2nd Hockey India Junior Men Academy National Championship 2022 played at Naval Tata Hockey Academy ground, here on Thursday.
Pradeep opened the scoring for NTHA in the 10th minute followed by a goal from Simon Bodra in the 27th minute. Shivam Singh made it 3-0 for the hosts in the 32nd minute of the match. Shreyas Dhupescored the only goal for Madhya Pradesh Academy in the 33rd minute but it was all too late for the visitors who bowed out of the championship. Naval Tata Hockey Academy will play semi final match on April 30.

Army Boys Sports Company, SAIL Hockey Academy and Round Glass Punjab Hockey Club Academy won their respective quarter final matches to make a place in the semis.
Army Boys Sports Company defeated Smart Hockey Academy (Raipur) 3-1 on penalties (2-2 Full time).
SAIL Hockey Academy riding on a hat trick by Kerobin Lakra (6′, 30′ and 56′) and a brace by Nitesh (18′ and 45′) thrashed Markandeshwar Hockey Academy 7-2.
Lalpreet Singh scored a hat-trick as Round Glass Punjab Hockey Club Academy beat SGPC Hockey Academy 5-2.
The semi final matches will be played on April 30 while the final will be played on Sunday, May 1.
