Jamshedpur: Nagar Kirtan to start from Gauri Shankar Road Gurudwara on birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji

Jamshedpur, Oct 27: A grand Nagar Kirtan would be taken out from the Gauri Shankar Road Gurudwara in Jugsalai on 8^th November on the occasion of birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Devji. The gurudwara has been renovated recently. A five member committee of Central Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee took the decision to give the responsibility of taking out the Nagar Kirtan to GS Road Gurudwara. It was also decided to assign the responsibility of controlling the movement of Nagar Kirtan to Central Sikh Naujawan Sabha. All Gurudwara representatives will move behind the Palki Sahib.

Central Diwan at Sakchi Gurudwara on Nov 11

A Central Diwan will be organized at Sakchi Gurudwara on 11^th November. It will follow the Nagar Kirtan as per tradition. Schools and Sikh Stree Satsang Sabha groups would be felicitated on this occasion. A langar would also be organized at the Central Diwan, sources said.
