Jamshedpur, Jan 9: Jamshedpur East legislator Saryu Roy, in the course of his morning walk in Kiriburu on Saturday sprained his right foot. After about four hours he experienced an acute pain and had x ray done on the affected area. The x ray revealed a fracture on the little finger of his right foot. Saryu Roy returned to Jamshedpur and doctors at Tata Main Hospital fixed a semi-plaster on the broken foot finger. They said that a second x ray will be taken after a few days and if the fracture did not heal, the portion would be put under regular plaster. The doctors have advised him total rest following which the legislator cancelled all his engagements.
