Jamshedpur, November 8: Jugsalai MLA Mangal Kalindi arrived on Wednesday to inspect the progress work going on near Jugsalai Under Bridge, near Tata Pigment Gate.
He inspected the said site along with officials of Tata Steel UISL (formerly JUSCO), Railways and Jugsalai Municipal Council and understanding the problems arising, gave many necessary guidelines to the officials of the concerned department.
Mangal Kalindi said that the problems of common people are increasing. People are getting hurt.
The problem remains the same for 20 years. He said that today work is being done towards a permanent solution. Jugsalai Municipal Council has been instructed to immediately remove the canopy which was pulled down during Durga Puja. Along with this, instructions have been given to clean the big drains which are jammed, so that there is no problem in the drainage of water.
He also said that the officials of Railways and Tata Steel UISL (formerly JUSCO) have also been instructed to work towards a permanent solution so that the passengers and local people do not face any kind of problem.
