Jamshedpur: Miscreants lift scooty near Hathi-Ghoda Temple

Jamshedpur, May 28: In a shocking incident, two unidentified miscreants made off with Nandu Gagarai’s scooty near the Hathi-Ghoda temple, located under the jurisdiction of Sakchi police station, late on Saturday night. Nandu, a resident of Bagbeda, immediately reported the theft to the Sakchi police.

Following Nandu’s complaint, the police promptly visited the scene of the crime and analyzed the CCTV footage in an effort to gather evidence. According to Nandu’s statement, he had traveled to Mango during the night and was returning home when he decided to make a brief stop near the Hathi-Ghoda temple.

During his halt, two individuals on a motorcycle approached his scooty. One of the riders dismounted from the bike, swiftly started Nandu’s scooty, and sped away from the scene. Unfortunately, Nandu’s mobile phone and important documents were also inside the stolen vehicle. Nandu wasted no time in informing the Sakchi police about the incident, visiting the police station on Sunday to formally file a written complaint regarding the theft.
