Jamshedpur, July 20 : A case of rape of a minor has come to light in Musabani police station area of East Singhbhum.
In this regard, an FIR has been lodged by the victim in Musabani police station under the Posco Act.
In this case, Shamsher Khan, a resident of Musabani Sindadera, his wife, brother Shamshad and two sons have been made accused.
Apart from this, the accused have also been accused of converting religion. The victim told that at present she is 19 years old. In the year 2018, he met Shamsher Khan. During this, Shamsher kept raping on the pretext of marriage. Shamsher also got the religion changed. At that time the girl was a minor.
On becoming an adult, the girl has filed a case with the police station.
DSP Musabani Chandrashekhar Azad told that the victim has made a complaint, on the basis of which investigation is being done.
