Jamshedpur: Rangreta Mahasabha State President Manjit Singh Gill said that Shaheed Baba Jeevan Singh Ji holds an important place in Sikh history and that his life is an inspiration for generations. He was speaking in the context of the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, the ninth Sikh Guru.
Gill informed that all officials and members of the Rangreta Mahasabha are actively involved in preparations for the Martyrdom Day of Shiromani Shaheed Baba Jeevan Singh Ji and the four Sahibzadas, scheduled to be held on December 28 and 29 at Agrico Ground. He said that efforts are being made to ensure wide participation and to honor the sacrifices of Sikh martyrs with full devotion.
To spread awareness, literature related to the life and contributions of Shaheed Baba Jeevan Singh Ji is being distributed door-to-door so that his glorious legacy can reach people from all sections of society. Gill stated that Waheguru has given the Sangat the opportunity to serve, and the Mahasabha is committed to strengthening social and religious engagement by spreading the message of courage, sacrifice, and devotion exemplified by the Sikh Gurus.
