Jamshedpur, Sept 10: Jamshedpur Management Association (JMA) has been unanimously selected by the All India Management Association (AIMA) Jury as the Winner of the Best LMA Award – Category III for 2024–25.
This recognition marks a proud milestone in JMA’s journey of excellence. Having earlier won the Best LMA Award for three consecutive years in Category IV (FY 2020, 2021, and 2022), JMA moved into Category III in 2023–24 and secured the Runners-Up position. Building on that achievement, JMA has now emerged as the Winner in Category III for 2024–25.
Adding to its accomplishments, JMA has also continued to maintain a strong presence on the AIMA Council, securing representation for the sixth consecutive term.
The award was conferred during the AIMA’s 52nd National Management Convention held at the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, on September 10, 2025. The award was received by Chaitanya Bhanu, Hon. President JMA & Vice President – Operations, Tata Steel Jamshedpur, and Amitabh Bhattcharjee, Hon. Secretary JMA & Head Sales East & Export, Metaliks Division, Tata Steel.
The award was presented by Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha & Former Foreign Secretary of India, in the presence of: Suneeta Reddy, President AIMA & Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals, T.V. Narendran, Sr. Vice President AIMA & CEO & MD, Tata Steel Ltd, Vishal Kampani, Vice President AIMA & Vice Chairman & MD, JM Financial Ltd, Rekha Sethi, Director General, AIMA.
The recognition further strengthens JMA’s commitment to nurturing managerial talent, promoting thought leadership, and contributing to India’s management movement in alignment with AIMA’s vision.
