Jamshedpur Management Association hosts ‘Shaping Young Minds Programme’, Tata Steel MD attends

Jamshedpur, Feb 7: Jamshedpur Management Association (JMA), in collaboration with All India Management Association (AIMA), successfully hosted the “Shaping Young Minds Programme (SYMP) 2024” at XLRI Auditorium on February 6.

This initiative, curated by AIMA, aimed to inspire, and empower young professionals by providing insights from eminent personalities across various fields. The SYMP 2024 provided a dynamic platform for aspiring professionals to interact with distinguished icons, gain valuable insights, and explore avenues for personal and professional growth.

The programme focused on guiding young minds in managing themselves effectively, making informed career choices, and creating conducive work environments.

The event featured esteemed speakers including former Indian Ambassador to Germany, Indonesia, Ethiopia, ASEAN, The African Union, and Author Ambassador Gurjit Singh, PVSM, UYSM, YSM, VSM, Former Deputy Chief of Army Staff, and Member, National Security Advisory Board (NSAB) Lt Gen Subrata Saha (Retd),  Chairman, SKA Advisors, and Former Managing Director and CEO of Britannia Industries Limited Sunil Alagh and Founder of Nutriwel Health India Ltd Dr Shikha Nehru Sharma who shared their wealth of knowledge and experiences, inspiring the attendees with their remarkable journeys.

TV Narendran, CEO and Managing Director of Tata Steel was the Chief Guest for the event. The event was inaugurated in the presence of Chanakya Chaudhary, President, Jamshedpur Management Association cum VP, Corporate Services, Tata Steel, Father S George SJ, Director XLRI and other dignitaries.
