Jamshedpur Loyola School girl Vanshika scored 99.50 in ISC without tuitions, studied three hours daily

Jamshedpur, July 24: Second national topper Vanshika of Loyola School scored 99.50 per cent marks without tuition or coaching facility. A resident of Sakchi Swarnarekha Flat, she used to study for three hours every day. While keeping away from social media, she studied regularly. She has also participated in national level athlete meet and won prizes. She also played zonal basketball Under-16 match at national level. She also loves cricket and TV. She has appeared in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Her father Krishna Kumar is a supervisor in Tata Steel and the president of Patanjali Yog Samiti, Jamshedpur. Her mother Sarita Gupta is a homemaker.

Vanshika attributes her success to her teachers and parents. She never took stress or pressure. According to her, “Taking pressure will only create problems. One should study comfortably and fix one’s own study hours to achieve success.”

Vanshika wants to take admission in Sri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi and also wants to pursue MBA studies. She had expected to get 98 per cent and was surprised to get 99.50 per cent marks. She had got 100 per cent marks in the first semester. Her elder brother helped her in studies.
