Jamshedpur: Lok Adalat sends notices to DC, Tata Steel UISL GM

Jamshedpur, April 20: Permanent Lok Adalat, Jamshedpur, has issued notices to the East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner (DC) and the Senior GM of Tata Steel UISL, Dhananjay Mishra, following a petition filed by BJP leader Ankit Anand pertaining to drinking water connection sought by 1200 new subscribers. The Lok Adalat has directed the recipients of the notices to appear before it on 25^th April at 7.30 am.

Anand had filed the petition in the Permanent Lok Adalat to seek water connection for 1200 new applicants under the Ghorabandha Water Supply Project. He said the water problems of the 1200 people had not been solved by the district administration and Tata Steel UISL management.
