Jamshedpur: Locked residential society gate opened after 48 hrs

Jamshedpur, January 21: After 48 hours, the lock of Sahara Dream Nest Housing Welfare Society in Ghorabandha on the outskirts of Jamshedpur was broken in the presence of a magistrate and local police on Saturday.

On the initiative of SSP East Singhbhum Prabhat Kumar the lock was broken in the presence of the society residents.

Significantly, the people of the society had made a written complaint to the SSP on Friday. For this aformal magistrate was also appointed. Meanwhile, Govindpur police was also present.

The people of Sahara Dream Nest Housing Welfare Society had allegedly accused Ghatshila MLA Ramdas Soren of locking the main gate. Regarding this, the people of the society had first gone to Govindpur police station on January 19 and made a written complaint about the incident.

The people of the society said that along with locking the main gate, the electricity and water connections of the society were also disconnected. From January 19, they were facing problems.

The lock of the main gate of the society has been opened, but before that no agreement has been reached which is creating apprehension amongst residents.

It is being done that an untoward incident may happen again. It is being said that overall there is a dispute regarding the officers of the society. The rest of the people living in the society are suffering because of this.

This problem arose on January 19 due to a dispute between the employees working in the society and the officers of the society. Employees working in the society for 18 years say that they are not given money for the leave period. On the other hand, the people of the society say that they are being unnecessarily harassed.
