Jamshedpur, April 10: ‘JOSH Is High’ district conference of International Association of Lions Clubs, District 322A concluded on a positive note at a hotel on NH-33 on Sunday. The district conference will be led by District Governor 2022-23 PMJF Vivek Choudhary.
On the concluding day of the conference, Lions Club, District 322A DG Vivek Choudhary launched ‘Karishma Singh Memorial Award 2023’ in the name of Karishma Singh, daughter of Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina President Dr Manju Rani Singh.
The award will be given to the club which works for the women and children. The award was bagged by Aarti Kumari, President of Lions Club of Ranchi Samarpan.
In the photography competition-Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina won the first prize.
Lions Club of Jamshedpur Femina’s Treasurer Agnes Boyle bagged the award in Public Speaking Competition.
Voting for 2nd Vice District Governor was held in which Lion Sanjay Kumar of Lions Club of Daltonganj won.
On the occasion Lions club members were felicitated on 50 years of Lionism.
