Jamshedpur, June 18: As customary, Kerala Public School (KPS) Kadma bid a fond farewell to the outgoing batch of 2021-22 during the annual Graduation Nite held in the school premises on Saturday, June 18.
Director of the school Sharat Chandran, Asst. Director Shanta Vaidynathan, Academic Director Laxmi Sharat, Principal KPS Schools and Head Mistress of the school graced the occasion.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by the prayer song. Principal Sharmila Mukherjee lit the auspicious flame and passed onto the students who participated in the traditional Candle March.

158 students were felicitated by giving mementos. Letters of Appreciation were given to students for their contribution to academics and other co-curricular activities. Several students received special appreciation for outstanding contribution to the school. Anik Das was awarded for persistent academic performance and public speaking skills, Soumyadeep Barik and Aditi Kumari for representing school in State and National level Sports, Kritika Singh for putting up best dance performances in school events, Anubhav and Awantika for best discipline, Farheen for active participation in school events and Prashansha Shukla for creating awareness against sexual abuse for girls.
Director Sharat Chandran and Principal inspired the students by emphasizing on the importance of the future prospects of the youth and professional world.
The evening drew to its closure with Alamelu Ravishankar, Headmistress who delivered the vote of thanks.
