Jamshedpur, Sep 12: The court of Principal District and Sessions Judge of Seraikela-Kharsawan Vijay Kumar rejected the bail plea of Aparna Singh, prime accused in the Kanhaiya Singh murder case of Adityapur.
Kanhaiya Singh was shot dead at Adityapur on 29th June last. He was a contractor and the brother-in-law of former MLA Arvind Singh. Aparna Singh, daughter of Kanhaiya Singh, allegedly got her father murdered with the help of her boyfriend Rajveer Singh. According to police, Aparna had planned the murder with Rajveer. Rajveer and his aide had killed Kanhaiya Singh outside his apartment.
