Jamshedpur, March 27: Justice Deepak Roshan of Jharkhand High Court visited Juvenile Observation Home at Karandih and reviewed the basic amenities and infrastructure. He was welcomed by the young inmates of the Observation Home who gave him saplings and also sang in his honour.
District Child Protection Officer informed Justice Roshan about the functioning of the Observation Home and the basic infrastructure available there. He said there were arrangements for the education, health, nutrition and entertainment of the children as per the provisions of the Juvenile Justice Act.

The children gave dance and yoga performance before the guests. Justice Roshan praised the children for their talented rendition. He directed the Observation Home officials to provide professional skill training, sports and study materials to the children. District social welfare officer Satya Thakur assured to make necessary arrangements in this regard.
District Judge of East Singhbhum Anil Kumar Mishra also accompanied Justice Roshan. Others present on the occasion included ADJ I Abhash Verma, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Nishant Kumar, Deputy Development Commissioner Pradip Prasad, SP City Subhash Chandra Jat, ADM Law and Order Nand Kishore Lal, Juvenile Justice Board Principal Magistrate Pawan Kumar and Juvenile Justice Board members Barnali Chakraborty and Seema Jha.
