Jamshedpur: Joint initiative of MLA and Tata Steel UISL ensures cleaning of Bagbera Krishnapuri Nala

Jamshedpur, July 14: Potka MLA Sanjeev Sardar, Senior GM (Jharkhand Business) Tata Steel Utility and Infrastructure Services Ltd Captain Dhananjay Mishra, Senior Manager Keshav Ranjan and Manager Gurbaribai Hembram (Tata Steel Urban Services) ensured the cleaning of Krishnapuri Nala connecting Harharguttu and Bagbera Colonies.

Additionally, the drain behind Road No 4 was also cleaned. This drain had not been cleaned even once in the past several years, resulting in water overflowing onto the main road during the rainy season, causing inconvenience to commuters. Local residents had lodged complaints regarding this issue with committee members Sunil Gupta, Deputy Chief Santosh Thakur, Head Uma Munda and Anil Singh, President of Fans Club. The committee representatives submitted an application to MLA Sanjeev Sardar, who then met with Tata Steel UISL (Jharkhand business) GM Captain Dhananjay Mishra and submitted the application at his office. Captain Dhananjay Mishra sent a letter to Senior Manager Keshav Kumar Ranjan for executing the sewage line cleaning work. Subsequently, after meeting Senior Manager Keshav Kumar Ranjan and Manager Gurbaribai Hembram, the cleaning work of the canal and the alley behind Bagbera Housing Colony quarters commenced on Friday. Committee member Sunil Gupta stated that the drain behind Bagbera Housing Colony quarters would continue to ensure that monsoon water did not overflow on to the roads.
