Jamshedpur: Jharkhand High Court seeks reports on Sakchi encroachment

Jamshedpur, December 11:On Monday, a hearing was held in Jharkhand High Court on a petition filed demanding removal of illegal encroachment in and around Sakchi Thakur Bari in Jamshedpur.

The bench of Justice Dr. SN Pathak has asked Jamshedpur deputy commissioner to submit the report within four weeks.

Applicant Vijendra Sharma has said in his petition that the temple committee is encroaching on the temple premises, which is unfair. Kolkata High Court advocates Akhilesh Srivastava and Vikas Kumar argued on their behalf.
