Jamshedpur, Oct 21 : Subhas Sanskriti Parishad and The Milanee jointly organized INA Day celebration at club’s auditorium in Bistupur on Thursday. The program was inaugurated jointly by Shekhar Dey, Dipankar Dutta, PK Nandi and Krishnajit Chatterjee.
In his address, Shekhar Dey observed, “Subhas Chandra Bose played a very big and important role in the country’s independence movement. Netaji has registered his name in history in golden letters with his inconceivable contribution to the freedom struggle. From a very young age, he nurtured a determination to dedicate his life for the country and countrymen. The strength, determination and will power that was evinced in Netaji Subhas was not seen in any other leader of that era.

Dipankar Dutta said that while acknowledging Subhas Chandra Bose’s sacrifice and valor, the government would do well to print a photo of Netaji on any Indian currency note.
INA was formed by Subhash Chandra Bose in 1940 and many countries recognized it. Dipankar observed, “The first Prime Minister of India may have been Jawaharlal Nehru, but for us the first Prime Minister of India was Subhas Chandra Bose. If Subhas Chandra Bose had been the first Prime Minister of the country, then the country would not have been divided on caste and creed lines.”
