Jamshedpur: House gutted in fire at Galudih

Ghatshila, April 15: A sudden fire engulfed the residence of Sushil Gope in Jamaipada, Jodsa village, under Galudih police station on Monday, leaving the entire house in ruins. Upon receiving the distress call, Galudih Zila Parishad member Subhash Singh promptly alerted the Ghatshila Circle Officer and mobilized efforts to combat the blaze with the help of villagers. Despite their efforts, the house and its contents, including Rs 30,000 cash, paddy, and important documents, were charred in the fire. Sushil Gope suspected foul play by unidentified miscreants but the cause of the fire remained unknown. Singh assured that government compensation for the incident would be provided to Sushil Gope.
