Jamshedpur: The three-day block level training workshop organized under the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan at Son Mandap, Jamshedpur concluded today with enthusiastic participation from block representatives across the district. The workshop aimed at empowering grassroots personnel with practical skills and knowledge for the effective implementation of development schemes in rural areas.
Throughout the sessions, participants engaged in mock drills, village map and vision plan preparation, workbook exercises, and interactive feedback discussions. These activities not only deepened their understanding of various schemes but also encouraged them to deliberate on the practical utility, priorities, and challenges of village-level development.

Addressing the participants, the Deputy Development Commissioner emphasized that the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan is dedicated to the holistic development of tribal areas. He noted that such capacity-building initiatives infuse new vision, energy, and direction into field-level workers, enabling them to reach the last mile and ensure that the benefits of government schemes touch every section of society.
The workshop concluded on a positive note, with participants expressing confidence in applying the learnings to strengthen local governance and promote sustainable rural development.
