Jamshedpur, Oct 31: The 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Gujarati Sanatan Samaj under the auspices of Shri Jamshedpur Gujarati Samaj. The event was marked by tributes, speeches, and reflections on the life and contributions of the Iron Man of India.
The program was presided over by Shri Arunbhai Adesara and conducted by Prakash Mehta, while Manoj Adesara proposed the vote of thanks. Several speakers, including Bipinbhai Adesara, Pankajbhai, Harshbhai Vyas, Bharat Vasani, Rajeshbhai Chavda and others highlighted Sardar Patel’s role in uniting India and strengthening its administrative foundation.
In their speeches, members recalled Sardar Patel’s vision, courage, and leadership that inspired unity and discipline across the nation. The gathering unanimously resolved to imbibe his qualities of organization, determination, and fearlessness to contribute to the progress of society and the nation.
Prominent members of the Jamshedpur Gujarati Samaj, including Dineshbhai Parikh, Jayesh Bhai Amin, Dipendra Mahar, Haresh, Naresh Bhai, Linaben Praikh, Binduben Joshi, Vinita Shah, Subhash Chauhan, and Kirit Adesara, along with women and youth members, paid floral tributes to Sardar Patel, reaffirming their commitment to his ideals of unity and national integrity.
