Jamshedpur, Nov 21: City girl Shreya Narayan will be participating in the India Africa Hackathon going to be organized at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, from 22nd November to 25th November. The event is being sponsored by UNESCO.
Shreya, a former student of Sacred Heart Convent School and Rajendra Vidyalaya, will be participating along with the engineering students of Mali, Malawi and Mauritius. The teams will have to solve problems given by the jury continuously for 36 hours and give a presentation before the jury at the conclusion. The event is being jointly organized by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, HRD Ministry and AICTE in collaboration with UNESCO. The engineering students of 22 African countries will be participating in the event, sources said.
Shreya, daughter of Ram Narayan, executive president of Nepali Seva Samiti, is receiving messages of congratulations and good wishes from her college Principal and classmates.
