Jamshedpur, Oct 10: Villagers of Mirzadih, near Dimna Lake, under Bodam police station area of East Singhbhum district took five including two girls hostage. On information, police reached the spot. They explained and pacified the villagers. Police are interrogating two girls and three youths.
Villagers informed the police that outsiders come to the hotel in Mirzadih area where immoral acts take place. Two girls and three youths were arrested in the case on Sunday. Police are probing the veracity of the allegation. The villagers have demanded from the police of Bodam police station to stop the immoral work being done in the hotel and resort. Bodam police station in-charge Shankar Lakra said that the villagers have not given any written complaint. Two girls and three youths were caught by the villagers. Later the villagers left them.
