Jamshedpur Firing accused nabbed

Jamshedpur, December 10: Azadnagar police arrested an accused in the firing incident near Hotel City Inn in Pardih under Azadnagar thana on December 6.

On the night of December 6, a bullet was fired near the gate of City Inn Hotel in Pardih under Azadnagar police station located in Mango, in which Imran Ali was shot. In this case, Azadnagar police arrested the accused Ashok Mahato, a resident of Kapali.

According to the police, the accused is the personal bodyguard of hotel owner Vinod Singh. The police have also confiscated his pistol.

Azadnagar police presented the accused in the court on Saturday from where he was sent to judicial custody.

Let it be known that Imran Ali was shot after a dispute in the bar and restaurant of the hotel. The bullet hit the youth in his leg, after which he was admitted to TMH. In this case, an FIR was lodged in Azadnagar police station against hotel owner Vinod Singh, security personnel and unknown persons for firing with intent to kill.
