Jamshedpur, July 8: Jamshedpur FC’s Under-14 squad has reported to the Tata Football Academy (TFA) and officially begun preparations for the upcoming season, marking another important step in the club’s commitment to developing homegrown talent.
he squad, comprising players exclusively from Jharkhand, will undergo a structured training programme at TFA under the guidance of the club’s youth development staff as they prepare for the domestic youth competitions ahead.
The current batch represents the next generation of footballers emerging from Jharkhand. With a strong emphasis on technical development, tactical understanding and holistic player growth, the players will train year-round as they look to make their mark in national competitions.
The previous U14 batch, which was the inaugural intake under this programme, enjoyed a memorable campaign last season. The young Men of Steel progressed to the final round of the AIFF U14 Youth League.
